Lasting Powers of Attorney

For the creation of Health & Welfare LPAs and Financial Affairs LPAs, there is also a small additional fee of £92 made payable to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) for registering the document(s). This fee is separate to our professional fees for producing and submitting the documents, and is incurred for each LPA individually.

Grant of Probate

Disbursements are charged in addition to our fixed fee. The main one is the Probate Registry application fee of £526 for estates valued over £5,000, payable directly to the government. There is no fee for estates valued at £5,000 or less. Copies of the grant cost £2 each if ordered with the application, or £16 each if ordered afterwards.
